A couple of years ago we saw a Dorset Plumbing van around town and decided to book them for a boiler service which was overdue. We were so impressed with the ease of booking, the professionalism and cheerfulness of the engineer so we continued to use DP for further annual services. Just before Christmas 2025 we suddenly had intermittent hot water & heating due to having an old system. We called DP and they sent Chris; we cannot fault the swift service we received, even though we needed a part which took a couple of days to come Chris made sure he had done everything he could to help us in the interim. We are very satisfied with Dorset Plumbing, they have some really great guys on their team. Highly recommend.

I am need of a plumber and have always used Dorset plumbing for any issues I have had and was happy with their service, always friendly and helpful. But, last year they fitted a new water pumps for me and after a few weeks I discovered it was leaking, they came out promptly and replaced the pump. There was significant damage to the flooring, which they said they would replace so they sent a flooring company around to give a quote, I also sent a couple of quotes, I then had to chase this up on numerouse occasions to try and find out what was going to happen. I have heard nothing since....so disappointed!!!

Big thank you to Dorset plumbing. I called yesterday morning as my boiler stopped working they managed to get one of their engineers out the same day he was polite and efficient I believe his name was Ben (hope that’s correct) Whilst they were here I noticed they do air conditioning so I got them to quote at the same time they turned out to be much cheaper than the quotes I have already received and I am now booked in! Thanks to max in the office for calling me back quickly and giving me such confidence I would not go the weekend without heating.

Ben was the engineer who came, explained the issue he had a look and discussed what needed doing ....went straight ahead and all sorted!
